I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. I used multiple panels to cover two walls in my home gym, and it completely changed the space. It now feels like a real gym instead of just a spare room. Having mirrors on both sides makes a big difference—you can see your form from different angles, which is really helpful during workouts. The panels line up pretty well, and while you can notice the seams if you look closely, it mostly feels like a continuous mirror wall when you’re training. This is a very beautiful mirror love it for my closet. The only bad thing for us was the way you have to hang it. It has 2 "hooks/loops" on each side so you can place screws or nails into the wall than hang the mirror from the "hooks/loops" but for us the 2x4 is right in the middle of the mirror so we could not hang how it was meant to be hanged. We used a wire instead so we could hand the mirror on the 2x4. It works you just have to make sure the screws or nails are high enough so the nails hit the wood frame and not the mirror itself or it can break. The only down side to this is that the mirror now leans forward a bit but I think by sticking a toilet seat bumper behind the mirror at the bottom will fix that.
