As far as I can see from pictures, everything arrived in perfect shape. Edit to add: frame was easy to put together. The fabric pieces arrived with some marks on them so I washed them and they shrunk a bit so they were a tad difficult to put on but I was able to figure it out. Very comfortable and completely water proof. Soft material that feels silky easy to wipe down and clean my dog lays down on it and even if he’s wanting muddy if I just do a quick wipe down it’s perfectly clean again and has straps the clip around the bars so the wind can’t blow the cushion on both sides so I can’t flip over i’ve had mine for a few months now I always leave them outside and the sun has not changed the color of them at all.
