I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Arrived next day ( no extra charge and unexpected timing) unrolling was a little scary because my space was tight but I did it slowly repositioning prior to final unroll. Inflated within 4hr. I did sleep on it that night and woke up feeling like a rockstar.
