These are in the style of a Roman shade, which is a nice concept for covering the glass panel in French Doors. They are magnetic, so easy to position up or drop down. However, instead of some type of metal or sturdy resin material, the “rod” inserts at the back of the shade are cheap plastic tubes which do not fit tightly enough or stay together very well— when inserting to the back of the curtain, the sections come apart. There are several colors to choose from, and the material is lightweight, but blocks even the strong sunlight we have in the desert. As you can see from the first these are only light filtering however, once I get the rods adjusted properly I believe the left side will look more like the right. That being said, they di exactly what I wanted them to do which is keep any from seeing into the bedroom on the other side of the door. I then put an identical set on the froyer doors. I connected the tie backs from both sets and used them on just the one set of doors which are quite a bit wider and shorter than the others.
