UPDATE: CasaInc did send us a replacement flange, and the shower is now working perfectly. It's absolutely great - always the right temp (as long as you remember to push all the buttons before getting into the water to clear cold water in the lines from the last shower), easy to adjust the body sprayers aim, and the waterfall option is wonderful for rinsing hair. Only one star due to initial issues getting the missing part. When our plumber did install it, we discovered that we are missing the flange that goes between the shower head and the wall. We've been trying to get a piece from the manufacturer for almost a month now as we were outside the 30 day Wayfair window for missing parts and feel like we are getting the run around. My husband is probably going to end up having to make the metal piece himself, which fortunately he can do, but purchase with caution and make sure to check all the parts as soon as you receive it even if you are installing it later.. The system is beautiful. Very stylish and sleek. Somehow I missed when ordering that it's a push-button system, which is really cool! Super easy to turn on and off and switch between the three different functions. It is called out, but just to confirm: you can use multiple features of the system at the same time. Some systems only allow 1 at a time. This one allows you to choose any 2 or 3 at once. The one thing I'm noticing after a month of use is that a couple of the parts seem to be losing their finish.
