The Prehung doors took quite a bit to get them up and fitted and screwed in. But they're in and they look good. The prehung part is not a solid frame, but pieces that have to be assembled, screwed together and mounted. We got it done and did 3 doors. It's nice having doors when company comes. Updating to edit- the doors were great out of the box, but once we got them hung, they started coming apart around the shaker trim/molding. We’ve tried using wood glue and clamps to secure it but it keeps pulling apart. We’re left with non-functioning doors. Doors look great! The 6-panel Molded Interior Door from Jeld-Wen is perfectly suited for traditional-style homes with a realistic woodgrain textured surface and durable wood composite construction. Its lightweight hollow core makes for easy installation and it arrives primed and ready to paint.

The door is trimable as advertised but really less than 1 inch at the top and bottom should be trimmed at most. We installed a barn door railing system and wanted a door that still matched other doors. This was our best option. If we didn't want the 6 panels there are less expensive options.
