The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. We put this bed in one of our bedroom's a couple weeks ago and I keep forgetting it's not something we've had forever — it just fits. The headboard is the first thing you notice. It's a wingback shape, upholstered in this linen-blend fabric that actually feels good to lean against, not stiff or cheap like some upholstered pieces can be. I didn't expect to care this much about a headboard, but now it's basically why the room feels finished. Assembly was really straight-forward — two of us got it done, everything we needed was in the box, and instructions were simple and easy to follow. The slat system holds everything up on its own, so once it was together, that was it — no extra piece to buy or figure out. A couple weeks in, it's holding up exactly like I'd hoped. This boucle bed is very cute. It looks just like the pictures advertised. The bed feels sturdy and was EXTREMELY easyquick to put together— it maybe took me a little over an hour simply because of the amount of screws you have to install. The color of the boucle is a fabulous off white, and the feet are a complementary darker wood with gold caps. The boucle material is soft, doesn’t look or feel cheap, and is easy to clean with a quick vacuumlint rollspot clean. Logistics-wise, it came in one tall, skinny box that was heavier than I could carry by myself. It wasn’t impossible to shimmy it inside alone, but it’d definitely be safer moving with two people given the size. The ONLY negative about this piece is the height of the headboard.
