Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. I just love this little pot! The color I bought, Shallot, is like a soft pink/lavender color, and the weight of this pan is heavy, but still easily maneuverable on the stovetop.
