It took 43 minutes to assemble. Its lightweight but sturdy. It looks like solid wood and very good quality. I appreciate how they packaged the hardware needed. You will need a screwdriver. The only downside for me was the last step of screwing in part number 8 would be easier if you apply it before putting on the top shelf. Also it would have been superb if the screws were black and not silver or those sticky tabs were sent with it to cover them. Would definitely purchase again if need be!. Andrea. Chelsea, MA. 4.5/5! It absolutely takes 2.5H+ for a single person to put together, and I still needed help in the end to mount to doors. I’m pleased with this purchase. It was a bit challenging to assemble on my own since I have short arms and the front and back of the unit are preinstalled. Also because the particle board in the back was a bit warped it was difficult to get the top to line up when assembling the final bolts. It’s definitely a two person job. But the solid word portion is good quality and I’m pleased the cherry color is a close match to my other furniture. If it’s delivered to your home when you are not there you’ll need a dolly to get it inside. It’s extremely heavy when all packaged together. Also don’t be fooled by this saying it’s from an American company. It’s not. It’s built in China.. Holly. Illinois. Sat Aug 15 2026
