I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”. The sink looks beautiful. Waiting to be installed. The only flaw I noticed was around the drain hole. The metal seems showing darker and is not gold like the rest of the sink. It is not noticeable unless you look directly at it. Not sure how cleaning of this sink will be. the space for the drain is narrow. Can only access with a tooth brush to clean. i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. Poor service from the company. Rather than ship the base, they texted me a bunch of questions a couple days after I ordered it even trying to confirm the address that I put into Wayfair. Another two days later they sent me a bunch more questions and I told them to cancel the order. I also canceled it on Wayfair and then they shipped it anyway.
