This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. This non electric bidet toilet is exactly what I need. I have seniors in the household who will benefit from the functions like rear wash, foot kick to flush, and the comfort seating height! Love this toilet! Purchased for a renovation in master suite, initially the sprayer module did not function correctly. Della at DeerValley- the supplier of the unit- responded promptly and courteously. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
