A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I like this chair a lot. It was easy for my spouse and I to assemble, and it has all of the features that I wanted. The only drawback for me personally is that the seat is a bit too low. I am 5'4" and I have Spinal Stenosis, it makes sitting down a little more difficult, so I have to use a cushion.
