This hammock stand is HUMONGOUS! I ordered it based on reviews and size being meant for the 2-person hammock. I know there are two sizes available and with what I read, I’m supposed to get the bigger size. But when it arrived, my 2-person hammock’s chain couldn’t reach the hooks. This is waaaay bigger than I thought. The good thing is, it comes with extra chains. But it completely used up all the deck space where we placed it. I wish I could have gotten the smaller size.. I did think this would work, because it was one of the longest I have found. I still needed to add chain links to the hammock to be able to reach my stand hooks. This hammocks design is so flawed it is unusable. The hammock when pulled tight enough to keep your back from hitting the bottom wooden arc is so tight at the edges it flips over. The metal bars that came to secure the wooden pieces together were bent and made putting this hammock together a nightmare.
