I’m giving it a 4 star not because of Wayfair but they having shipping issues with fedex. I received my package shredded and some damage to the base. Wayfair did the right thing and shipped out a new one. This second package I received was worse than the first one!! I have never used Wayfair for larger items. They need to contact their warehouse and mandate that they package their products so that they won’t arrive e damaged. This time that I had to wait for another base has held up finishing my construction as well as having my plumber wait. I do understand that every business is suffering in some way from the work force shortages, but this is where maybe waiting one extra day would have been worth the effort of securing the package for transit.. I initially ordered a middle drain shower base...but upon reflection realized that it would complicate having a non-slip mat on the shower floor ( the drain would be covered by the average style mat). So called Wayfair...and the customer rep was so gracious and pleasant. She canceled the middle drain order ( which was in transit) and ordered a replacement with a better placed drain. There was a small fee to turn the original order back...but the ease of resolving my dilemma and the helpful and understandiing assistance of the customer service person...reinforced my strong belief in Wayfair practices..
