I really like this dresser and think it’s a nice piece for the price. I gave it 4 stars because several of the pieces had minor damage when they arrived. Since everything was packaged very well, I assume the damage occurred before it was packed. I’ve included as many photos as I was able to upload of the damaged pieces for reference. Fortunately, once the dresser was assembled, the minor damage was not visible at all. There were quite a few pieces to assemble, so it took a while, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, it looks beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for. particle board is a bit fragile, my cat likes to scratch at it because the soft wood flakes pretty easily. overall though I love the clean, modern design and the amount of storage space within. assembly is fairly time-consuming-I would say around four hours- however instructions are straightforward and easy to follow.. Lots of pieces and parts, give yourself room for the build, and use furniture scooties (those discs you put beneath furniture feet to move stuff around) because this will be too big and top heavy to lift safely. 3. Hand tightening the screws...ALL the screws...is carpal-tunnel waiting to happen. BUT, it's easy to overtighten and ruin the hole. I really love this dresser. It’s solid, well-made, and looks great in my space. I especially like the rounded corners, which give it a modern and warm look. Putting it together was straightforward. There were a lot of parts, but they were clearly marked and the instructions were clear. The one small problem I had during assembly was with the wood-grain screw hole cover stickers. It was nearly impossible to get them off the backing. I only managed to get two off and ruined eight others. But that’s minor and the screw holes aren’t visible on the outside, so not a huge deal. You get what you pay for with this dresser! Overall, the dresser is nice…after assembly. Pieces get beat up in shipping but this was purchased for a guest bedroom so we made it work.
