A beautiful and functional shelving unit once completed. Delivery was fast and the packaging intact. The parts were packed beautifully with foam in a Tetris like configuration with no waste of space. The item arrived in two packages. The assembly instructions were fairly clear other than the teeny-tiny text. Assembly was frustrating at the beginning. Felt as if I needed three more arms to get all the holes to line up. It's just a series of bolts and nuts but getting them aligned was a process. It got easier as more pieces were added to the frame. I would have given this unit 5 stars were it not for the fact that there was a critical mistake in the assembly instructions. It says that the lip of the shelves should be down, when in fact the lip should be up. Putting it together following the enclosed directions allowed the unit to be unstable and useless. I am only using three shelves due to the height of my items, and like that I can easily adjust the shelves to fit my needs.
