This table is really great value, esp. being solid wood and having the option to extend. I thought from other reviews it might feel rough or even splintery, but it definitely doesn’t to me. The finish of the table wasn’t fully what I expected, which is why I removed one star. It’s a little shiny and looks cheaper than I wanted in certain lights. The extension mechanism also works pretty well. It takes some getting used to and isn’t super smooth every time. But it works with some finagling. And of course, the white glove delivery assembly was awesome. It’s a cute table! The expansion is really easy and the color is just as it looks in photos when in natural light (my photos are under artificial light though). My only complaint is that the table top isn’t aligned with the pegs on the bottom. See how the lines don’t match up Especially when you expand, and it’s an oval, you’ll see the misalignment more..
