Overall, I like this closet organizer. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. Great storage system for small closets! We were originally trying to find a short dressed to fit in this shallow closet but this was a way better solution and much better use of vertical space. It was a lot sturdier and heavier than we had imagined which was a nice surprise. We had bought the add on top shelf to extend the upper shelf space but realized our closet wasn’t tall enough to accommodate it which is fine and now we have this small hidden storage spot on top. Overall for the price you really can’t beat it. It took me about 2 hours to assemble everything myself, then another 1 hours to install it in the closet. My only real concern is that the clothes hanging rod attaches to the wall with drywall anchors (good) but to the cabinet with the tiniest screws you’ve ever seen. I’m worried the weight of my coats will rip the screws out of the wood eventually. Otherwise very happy with this purchase.
