Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. From a few feet away it really has a realistic look. The greens are a great blend of color. This is an 8 foot tree. It’s tall.. need atleast 10 foot ceilings to fit and look right. I have not been able to get that round full look yet. I probably need to let it settle in more or set it outside in the sun for a few hours to let the leaves smooth out. It’s a show piece. The base and the bottom branches come together as one, and then the tall branches gets slid into those holes. I’m really happy with this faux eucalyptus tree! It was fairly easy to put together, although a few of the branch labels were missing, so I had to use a little process of elimination to figure out where some pieces connected. Even with that minor inconvenience, assembly didn’t take very long. One thing that surprised me was how large it is. The tree itself makes a great statement piece, and even the black pot it comes in is a nice size. If you don’t already have a decorative planter, the included pot looks nice enough to use on its own. When I unpacked it, there was very minimal shedding of leaves and debris, which was a pleasant surprise since artificial trees can sometimes make a mess. After fluffing out the branches, it looked full and realistic. I recently had family over for the weekend, and several people commented on how much they loved the decor and asked about the tree. It adds a fresh, natural look to the room without any maintenance. Overall, this is a beautiful faux tree and a great addition to any space.
