I absolutely love this bed frame. it is sturdy and super easy to put together. the free 2 day shipping was a huge win as well. the ONLY reason it is not a 5 star is because the frame does not actually have headboard holes. I did reach out to customer service though and they made the false advertisement right. so if you are okay not having headboard holes, this frame is a huge WIN. highly recommend.. Anonymous. I bought this because my mattress needed to be a little higher to be even with my nightstands. I live alone, and it looked like I might be able to deal with these folding foundations on my own. The box they were delivered in was a bit heavy and awkward to get into the house (I wish all large boxes had handles punched into them), but once I did, it was easy enough to maneuver the foundations into place under my existing mattress. Another plus is that they lift the mattress above a one inch lip around the bed's platform, making it quite a bit easier to put clean sheets on. So far, they don't make any noise and solved all the problems I was hoping to solve.. Elaine. Cincinnati, OH. Thu Sep 03 2026

Get a better restful night's sleep from this box spring bed frame! It makes a welcoming addition to any bedroom.

Great design and good support. The instructions were a little confusing but we just used our best judgement and it turned out fine!. Allison. Midland, GA. Sun Aug 11 2024

The bunkie board split bunkie board provides a surface foundation for any platform beds, bunks, and daybeds. It adds support to the mattress and will keep the mattress stay in good shape thus extending the life of your mattress. It will give firm bottom support for the mattress and raise the mattress by about. When a mattress is placed directly on slats or metal springs, the mattress will tend to rip or sink. These can be avoided with the use of a bunkie board. Using a bunkie board doubles the mattress' life expectancy. This bunkie board is a good alternative instead of a box spring that may be too high for day beds. It will give the bed a lift without adding much height. This bunkie board is strong enough to be used directly on the bed frame instead of a box spring. It will give the mattress a lift which is quite low but will hold up the mattress. It is wrapped in a stitch-bonded nonwoven fabric. It meets federal standards 1632 and 1633 fire codes. This bunkie board will give you enduring comfort and durability for excellent sleep. The split design will give you convenience and easy mobility since the 2 piece varieties are very lightweight utilizing 2 smaller pieces making them easier to carry and maneuver through the cramped quarters of an apartment house. This product is designed to provide excellent support under any mattress. It ships in a compact box and can be easily assembled in minutes — without any tools! Unlike traditional box springs, our foundation can be broken down quickly if you’re moving or need to maneuver around tight corners. A Casper Foundation ensures that mattresses, sleep as they should. Some older box springs or foundations don’t provide a solid surface, causing mattresses to sag from the support breaks. Our Casper Foundations slats are positioned a perfect four inches apart for optimal support. A strong and level foundation helps mattresses perform at their peak for a decade or more, no matter what kind of bed frame they sit on. Casper Foundations and mattresses are the perfect pair. We spent over a year developing the Casper Foundations, so its design has the same considerations as our mattresses.

Easy to put together. Very sturdy. There are screws heads in the bed frame in 3 places down the middle of the frame and the center piece of the foundation sits on the screw heads. So it doesn’t fit flat on the frame. Either the makers of the bed or the foundation need to accommodate this space for the screw heads. I coved the foundation with a fitted sheet since it only comes in one dark color.. Doug. Erie, MI. Wed Jun 24 2026
