Good quality and “larger than life” - chaise was damaged on initial delivery, but was immediately replaced. Very nice! This was my first purchase from wayfair and a rather large one so I was really nervous but I love it. It is firm, not “cloud” like but I find it very comfortable, fabric is soft, it feels heavy and solid.
