Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Those were key to making the couch look put together, otherwise there is a small gap between each section. It’s very cushy and comfortable - you won’t feel like you’re sinking in, but it’s not as hard as a rock like other wayfair couches I’ve experienced. You feel very cozy on this thing. Took me about 1.5 hrs to assemble by myself. Really impressive how everything was packed so well. Instructions were easy to follow. The cushion covers are removable. I am so happy I took a chance on this couch based on the ONE review picture someone uploaded, so I am adding more! Including one with my feet so you can see how long this is. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery.
