It has been 3 weeks and it sheds a tremendous amount. Be aware there are some defects in the rug. I went through 2 of them because the first one had very visible issues with the stitching. The 2nd one I decided to live with because I do love the look and feel. It is shipped flat and not rolled so getting the seams out took a steamer and some time. Overall a 5 star rug though.. Gary.
