These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. First off, the installation process was super easy-peasy. Honestly, I'm not the most handy person, but I managed to get these bad boys up in no time. The white trim seamlessly blends in with my white ceiling, and it doesn't distract from the overall aesthetic. I love the clean, minimalist look it adds to my space. I paired these with dimmable LED bulbs, and they've created such a cozy ambiance – perfect for Netflix nights or just chilling with friends. One tiny drawback is that the clips that hold the trim in place can be a bit tricky to work with, but once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase, and I'm even considering adding more of these to other rooms in my house. If you're looking to upgrade your lighting game, the HALO 6 in.
