These lights were perfect for the space. One for an under cabinet open space I use to keep bread, etc. the other was on top of a very large cabinet that absorbed light especially at night. I dimmed it and put it on an automatic push button switch to make the room have a gentle light in a dark area. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage.
