Have not installed them yet but do like the design of these lights. They trim around the light is crisp white. There is a small gasket that will help make sure the light is sealed so no air gap. The light is thin and the springs on the side seem heavy duty. The junction box itself is metal not plastic like some others. They state they are insulation safe which is for a remodeling. Will use above kitchen peninsula where we have track lighting. Also came with template for cutting out whole.. Jennifer. Fayetteville, TN. Fri Aug 07 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I recently installed the HALO 6 in. White Recessed Ceiling Light Open Trim in my living room, and I just HAD to share my experience. First off, the installation process was super easy-peasy. Honestly, I'm not the most handy person, but I managed to get these bad boys up in no time. The white trim seamlessly blends in with my white ceiling, and it doesn't distract from the overall aesthetic. I love the clean, minimalist look it adds to my space. I paired these with dimmable LED bulbs, and they've created such a cozy ambiance – perfect for Netflix nights or just chilling with friends. One tiny drawback is that the clips that hold the trim in place can be a bit tricky to work with, but once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase, and I'm even considering adding more of these to other rooms in my house. If you're looking to upgrade your lighting game, the HALO 6 in. White Recessed Ceiling Light Open Trim is a solid choice. Ryeb. Pittsburgh, PA. Fri May 05 2023
