[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This outdoor storage container is a perfect addition to my patio. I have two outdoor patio sets and an outdoor dinning table, with all my outdoor furniture, I have so many cushions and pillows. Having this storage container helps so much, it holds all my cushions, pillows and more, with its 260 gallon capacity, I never have to worry about running out of room. The container looks so beautiful with its basket weave design and the coffee color is perfect. It is made out of durable, long lasting resin. I love that I can keep this storage container outside all year long and never have to worry about uv and water damage. All the parts and pieces were included in the cardboard box the container came in, all I needed was a screw driver for the assembly of the side anchors and top spring attachment. Instructions were provided, but only images for the steps and no written directions, so getting started took a bit of time. Once I figured it all out, it was easy from there and then the assembly went quickly. When I finished assembling storage container, I did need help moving it to the area I want it. It is a heavy piece once it’s all built. Also, I did assemble the container outside because it would of never fit through my sliding glass door if it was fully assembled. The container doesn’t have any areas for ventilation so anyone purchasing this item, would have to keep this in mind. A latch is provided so we can lock this up if we choose. I’m not qualified to say a product is Commercial Grade material; however, I will say it is a hard plastic and not a rubber material. Everything sort of snapped together except for the top and I had to have help. Getting the hooks snapped to the lid was very difficult. Extremely disappointed in Wayfair and this product. I ordered two of these products in each of them showed up damaged. The first one had two corners completely crushed in and dented. The second one arrived with a 2 inch punctured hole, through the metal even, in the side of the unit. When I opened the door, the knob was missing from the temperature controls. Once I found the knob, I tried to put it on where it belonged however, I realized that the whole unit that runs the temperatures was actually broken and did not even fit in the compartment to attach the temperature knob too. We plugged their unit in to see if it would run and work. The unit turned on and ran however it made extremely high-pitched random noises and ran completely uneven with different varying up and down pitched sounds, obviously the cooling unit is not working properly.. Seems to be very sturdy. The hinges on the lid are great. They hold the top open so you can load things into the bin. Bought it to store cushions from a patio set will easily hold 12 cushions size of each is 24 x 24” with room for a few more items. I’m having trouble writing this review. I thought for sure I had submitted it twice. Here goes and hopefully number three is a charm. I love the deck box. It’s sleek contemporary sturdy. I appreciate the hydraulic lift, but I have found it important to close it applying the pressure directly in the middle. I have not tested the lock, but I’m grateful for that, as I will be storing some valuable items in it while outside. I lost my large shed last month, so this is a lifesaver for me! It seats 2 to 3 people comfortably. With a sleek design, it would nicely fit behind a sofa, under a stairway or even delineate an area. I plan to place it out on my large patio to store cushions a small tool kit and anything else that needs to get put away to avoid clutter. I am planning on using it to store my gazebo canopy this coming winter. All in all, it’s a great deck box and the price can’t be beat.
