I looked at Wayfair site and the were trying to charge me almost $300 to return. I paid $700 and change. It was not worth it so I hired someone to repair it. Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece.
