Looks great. I am doing a complete renovation so I can't comment on the install because a contractor is doing it. It seems decent but doesnt feel durable. Time will tell how long it will last. I installed it over tile. There is a 1 year warranty so hopefully if anything happens it will happen within that period. If I can get 2 or 3 years out of it I will be happy. Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great. It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on.
