Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. We finished our basement and put this niche in the wall opposite the bottom of the stairs into the basement. Handcrafted by artisans right here in Sarasota, FL. Recesses in the wall to get that toilet paper roll out of your way and free up much needed space! Must have standard 2 x 4 walls. Holds any size roll on the market with room to spare. Includes white plastic spring loaded toilet paper roller. Installation could not be easier! Just cut the opening in the drywall and use construction adhesive on the back side of the frame and push it in the wall. Measures 10" x 8.5" x 3.75"d. Holder measures 7"h x 5.5"w inside. Your Rough opening needs to be 8 5/8"h x 7 1/8"w x 4"d, so it will NOT work to replace most chrome metal units unless your opening can be easily enlarged. Unfinished SOLID pine. You can paint or stain this item easily as desired.
