I was very disappointed when we opened up the box. Needles were falling off the tree as we were taking it out and as we put it up the needles continued to fall out. Received the opposite of the description. Was a pre-lit flocked tree which I did not order. Now I have to wait another 10 days to receive a replacement and lug this to FedEx to return. Was looking for a tree for my small apartment and liked the height and base on this one. I’d seen reviews for other online trees saying you really have to fluff it out - and it’s the same with this one. It comes in 3 skinny parts and for a bit there I thought I would have to return if when I got it out together and it didn’t look like there was enough branches to fill it in. You really have to figure out how to fluff it just right and spread the branches to get it to look not as sparse. It’s definitely still sparse and not like the product image on wayfair, but fluffed just right and turned just the right way, it definitely works for me and turned out better than I would’ve thought (especially after adding the lights and decor). I’m also pleased with the height (reviews for other trees were saying the height wasn’t correct) but I measured this tree and the height was spot on.
