Adjustable Height Electric Desk

Desk arrived a day early which was nice. Fast shipping! I think it looks larger than it actually is but its still nice enough. Its not real big wood, but that being said I think its a decent desk. It took about 5.5 hours to assemble and the directions lacked a bit in some areas. If you are mechanically inclined you can figure it out no problem. Some of the items were labeled incorrectly and some not at all so you really had to study the picture to make you had the correct piece. Also if you just make sure to pay attention to the orientation of the pieces youll be ok. As luck would have it I didnt make one single mistake (that never happens!). The spindle that turns the desk is difficult to insert into the side piece. I recommend lubing up with some soap. Works well without issue once all together. Nice feature to have a standing desk. I absolutely love this desk. Obviously at this price, it is not going to be solid wood. It’s made of particle board in China but it looks so much nicer. Some pieces were a little dinged on the edges, but none of that shows once it’s built. I have it next to a high quality dresser in my bedroom and it fits right in. I love that the top lifts to a standing desk when needed. My husband assembled it on his own and knocked it out pretty quickly. He’s an angel. I would not have enjoyed the process, but he found it very easy. Wayfair shipped it quickly. The only major annoyance is that they used FedEx and my FedEx driver is too lazy to take it out of the truck to deliver it. My Ring camera caught him on two consecutive days coming to my door to take a picture of my empty porch. He didn’t knock or ring and I got notified that delivery was attempted but no one was home. Nice desk. Went with grey color and like it. Very heavy box and material. Material feels like it is made from that plastic that picnic or school tables are made with. Wood grain look is nicerealistic. I don’t think it will scratch easily. Because there are two configuration options it is quite confusing, mainly the drawer part, but holes lined up just fine. I am so impressed with this desk! I’m pretty savvy when it comes to assembling furniture, and these were honestly some of the best instructions I’ve ever used. Every part was clearly labeled, and they even included extra hardware in every bag. My biggest assembly tip is to follow the images carefully and make sure all of your hardware is aligned before fully tightening everything at each step. I also really love that it came with cable ties with adhesive to attach to the desk! For the price, I’m also really pleased with the quality. It is a particle-board/manufactured wood material, so obviously it’s not going to have the durability of solid wood, but it feels noticeably nicer and sturdier than a lot of other manufactured-wood furniture I’ve purchased. It looks great in person, and I definitely feel like it will hold up well with normal use. My family members that have seen my new desk have all commented on how nice it looks. The desk is fairly small in scale, which is exactly what I needed for my small office/guest room, and it looks fantastic in the space. Definitely pay close attention to all of the dimensions before ordering, especially the amount of open space for your chair and legs. The dial for raising and lowering the desk also sticks into that opening slightly and can interfere a bit with a chair armrest, depending on your chair. A couple of other things worth knowing: there are two “dead space” areas in the curved shelving where only about half of the apparent space is actually unusable and completely closed off. In addition, the tall open cabinet space in the back corner of the desk has the leg of the standing table inside of it, so it isn't actually as large of a space as I thought. Also, the desktop has a slightly textured, somewhat slick finish. My keyboard and trackpad slide around a little more than I’d like, and the texture is noticeable if you try to write directly on a piece of paper. I’ll probably add a small leather desk mat or rubber grips to my keyboard and trackpad, which should solve both issues. Overall, though, I’m extremely happy with the desk and think it’s a great value. The lowest price I saw was around $365. My only real annoyance had nothing to do with the desk itself — Wayfair dropped the price by $25 the day after I ordered and wouldn’t honor the lower price. If you have a smaller office and want a desk that gives you a lot of function without overwhelming the room, I definitely recommend this one. Just check those measurements carefully!. Monbon. This is THE desk I've been looking for!!! A corner desk that is L-Shaped that you sit into the corner of. And the fact it raises up to stand and has the risers built in... chefs kiss!!! This desk is very sturdy and roomy. It came packaged well and in 2 boxes. It was very time consuming to put together by myself. It took 7 ½ hours in all. It wasn’t too hard but just took a long time. The instructions were just pictures and no written words. There were a few places I had a hard time getting the holes to match up. But overall, it wasn’t too bad. The desk is really sturdy and has a lot of room to work on. It has an extra mobile filing cabinet that sits on the side. It has 2 shelves above, a large open space for items, and a double hanging filing area on the bottom. It works for both letter, legal and A-4 size folders. There is plenty of room to put a printer on the top or on the desk itself. The legs are very strong steel. The wood is manufactured wood but it looks nice. There is a LED lighting feature strip on it for a nice added effect. There are cut-out designs on the front of the desk that run horizontally. The Filing Cabinet Size is : 15.75''D * 31.5''W * 29.53''H. And the Desk Size is: 31.1''D * 63''W * 29.53''H. The desk is gray on most of the desk except it is black on the area where you would be working on the top. It is an L shaped executive desk.
