Looks amazing installed, and the air and water bubbles and lights all work as expected. My only reason for not giving it five stars is that the panel is very sensitive which can make it tricky to operate/change modes. But hopefully we'll get the hang of it (have had it about a month.). This tub arrived quickly and without a scratch. It is well-made with quality materials and finish. I can sit comfortably and stretch out my legs. I’m 5’9”. Note that it requires 3 separate gfi plugs. Optimally this would be on a platform with plugs underneath. There is no access panel or spot to run cords thru. Mine was dropped into the basement. Because it has a faucet and not a tub filler, it takes quite some time to fill.Before you turn on the pumps, make sure they are at their lowest setting. If not, they will throw water EVERYWHERE! And if the tub is too full - even with settings as low as possible - the water bubbles over the sides. The jets are so strong that it’s difficult to relax with them on. We replaced our shallow non-jetted 60 by 60 inch tub with this one which takes up way less space. It is deep and comfortable and there are a variety of ways you can use the jets and lights. I haven't used the aromatherapy part. I especially like that the tub cleans out the jets so water does not sit in the pipes molding. It does NOT have an in-line heater to keep the water warm. There are only 2 minor cons to this purchase: the tub is narrow and a tight fit for anyone pleasingly plump. There is not enough room to flip over and push up and out and the bottom of the tub is slippery. I had safety grit put down and a handrail to pull myself up with. Pros: values, finish, versatility of lights, smells, and jets with multiple settings, pipes purge and clean themselves after use Cons: narrow and a bit short (if you are over 5 feet tall you won't be able to stretch out completely.). This whirlpool tub is a great tub to replace a normal size tub if you want the luxury without adding space to a bathroom. It is very calming and relaxing. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps!
