We bought this for our primary bathroom renovation, which unfortunately is on the smaller side of primary bathrooms. We wanted our shower and tub to be installed on the same wall and had limited space, so at the top of our wish list was a smaller tub that was still comfortable (for our growing family our occasional baths as 5’4 and 5’10 adults. After deciding that a freestanding tub wasnt for us (going for a mid-century look), we decided to go with this one based one reviews (ease of installation and comfortable). Aside from the our delivery window being inaccurate at purchase, it was finally delivered and I was SO surprised by how lightweight it was.. Natalie. Evergreen, CO. Thu Apr 03 2025

This was a reorder because the first tub I ordered came damaged. When I called there were no more in stock so I had to get this one. Because my master bath was in middle of remodel I asked them to expedite. We have different definitions as it was estimated to take 3 weeks for delivery and I only lived 100 miles from the manufacturer. So Wayfair at least got this set up as a willcall at the manufacturer and I made the 4 hour round trip to get it myself. As for the tub, it's longer than my first tub ordered but very narrow and seems smaller.. Paula. Hemet, CA. Tue Mar 29 2016

The CHI acrylic Undermount tub from Valley Acrylic is attractive, durable, functional, and easy to install. Valley Acrylic tubs are built using a proprietary layering technology to reinforce and insulate the tubs far better than other tubs available today. The process starts with a heavy acrylic sheet with a resin and fiberglass mixture backing then a thick layer of real Canadian wood is applied to the tub which is then coated with another layer of the proprietary resin. This gives the tub better heat retention and insulation than another acrylic, gel coat, or steel tub products on the market while giving unparalleled strength and rigidity. The proprietary layered technology insulates the tub rather than absorbing heat from the water like cast iron which saves energy and water by retaining more heat and making the addition of hot water less frequently to maintain a warm bath. The 57.5" size is a convenient under-mount size allowing for ample space in the bath and is frequently used for new construction or remodeling under-mount applications. The under-mount style mounts under the tub deck to provide a clean and efficient appearance and removes any barrier from stepping down into the tub. The heavy 3mm thick acrylic layer provides a high gloss surface that is scratch, fade, and crack resistant providing a clean and attractive appearance through the entire long life of the tub. The vibrant surface of the Acrylic tubs cleans up easily with mild soap and water, no scrubbing or harsh chemical cleaners are required. This easy-to-clean nonporous acrylic surface resists the growth of mold, mildew, and mineral deposits providing a safe and hygienic bathing fixture for your family. The CHI tub has a convenient end drain configuration and a luxurious 17.75" water depth in the large rectangular interior. Valley Acrylic, a woman-owned business, creates handmade products that are eco-friendly and manufactured in a Certified Zero Waste factory in Mission, BC, Canada.

Relax in comfort with this bathtub featuring a deep 17 inch soaking depth and sloped lumbar support. Complete mounting hardware, detail instructions, and secure packaging ensure easy installation.

DeerValley alcove soaking bathtub 60"x 30" is a widely applied alcove bathtub size, which adds elegance and practice to your bathroom. Made out of high-quality acrylic materials with glossy surface, the bathtub is sturdy, durable and easy to clean, the Double Walled Design provides maximum insulation. Alcove bathtub is a great solution for bathrooms with limited space.

Looks sleek and modern. We had contractors replacing our entire tubshower area, so we didn’t install it ourselves, but they commented that it was a nice tub and easy to install. For some reason, the drain and overflow accessories weren’t compatible with our plumbing system, so we had to swap those out, and I wish deer valley made it easier to find other options that are compatible not only with different plumbing but with different finishes. It does seem like the anti-slip will work, but I can also feel a bit on the sides where it’s less supported underneath. Overall I really like it.. Erin. Clarksburg, MD. Mon Aug 10 2026
