NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS: these are the shades you're looking for. For the price point, I was expecting slightly flimsy shades, but they are surprisingly sturdy and look like expensive custom shades. I was able to install two of these by myself in roughly a half hour, as a non-handyman who had never installed shades before. They snap right in if you just follow the directions and line up all the mounting hardware half-decently. No excessive force or creative work-arounds needed. Disclaimer: at my own risk, I didn't follow the sizing instructions to the letter and ordered my shades longer than recommended. My window frames clear the shades I got by 1\8"-3/16" rather than the recommended 1/4", and I risked having to send them back in order to get a truly snug inside mount fitting, as I am very light-sensitive. It ended up working out perfectly for me, but if you want to do the same, order at your own risk and quadruple-check your measurements before checkout.. Abbey. Portland, OR. Wed Oct 21 2026

Fabulous and easy to install. However, package should have come with instructions on how the blinds work. I couldn’t figure out how they go up and down and thought that perhaps a string needed to be cut. Fortunately, I didn’t snip anything and just pulled down on them realizing that they go up and down with a simple pull and push of the hand. I saw another person in review s had snipped the cable, rendering them useless. The color brings a lot of warmth to my gray kitchen. I’ve gone ahead and ordered two more for bedrooms.. Christine. These modern custom-cut, smooth slat Faux Wood Room Darkening Horizontal Blinds are safer and easier to use than traditional options. The lighter weight, smooth 2-inch slats reduce your opening and closing effort. To use, simply grab the center of the bottom rail and lift or lower it to your desired height. These custom-cut blinds come in different drop lengths and a variety of widths to accommodate your home's window sizes.

These blinds are amazing. They are durable and wipe clean well with a duster. The color is really pretty, and I love the 2-inch flat slats. Make my small space look elevated. I have these in my kitchen, and I also have them in the dining room. They are easy to operate and are cordless.. Karen. Warren, MI. Wed Apr 15 2026

Natural woven materials can also be affected by temperature and humidity; mold may occur and should be vacuum-cleaned as needed. Do not use any harsh chemicals or water to clean as natural bamboo material will be damaged over time from excessive moisture.

Great blinds overall! They’re not completely blackout, but that’s exactly what I expected. The only difficulty I had was getting the blinds securely attached to the mounting clips, which took a little extra effort. Once installed, they look great and work well. Can a shade change your life? I didn't think so until I bought one for a big ugly window we have in our bedroom that faces the street. I rarely lift the shade (street facing window), but it allows me to keep the curtains open and let natural light come in throughout the day. I still pull the shades closed at night because I'm paranoid (haha), but my husband and I tested the shade at night and he said even with the light on, you can't see into the bedroom.
