Nice desk. Went with grey color and like it. Very heavy box and material. Material feels like it is made from that plastic that picnic or school tables are made with. Wood grain look is nicerealistic. I don’t think it will scratch easily. Because there are two configuration options it is quite confusing, mainly the drawer part, but holes lined up just fine. Some pieces were a little dinged on the edges, but none of that shows once it’s built. I have it next to a high quality dresser in my bedroom and it fits right in. I love that the top lifts to a standing desk when needed. My husband assembled it on his own and knocked it out pretty quickly. He’s an angel. I would not have enjoyed the process, but he found it very easy. Wayfair shipped it quickly. The only major annoyance is that they used FedEx and my FedEx driver is too lazy to take it out of the truck to deliver it. My Ring camera caught him on two consecutive days coming to my door to take a picture of my empty porch. He didn’t knock or ring and I got notified that delivery was attempted but no one was home. Very sturdy!! And well made. Look for screws outside of the interior box as our box was open and the screw package fell out as we opened the bigger box but did find it eventually while clearing up the packaging! I really love this piece as it is better than the 1st 'craft center' (that is how I use it) I purchased a few years ago which was ruined by a flood in our basement (no fault of Wayfair of course)! It has more style with the sliding drawers, costs a lot less, but did not come with a separate file cabinet like the 1st, but do not need it as this one has 2 file drawers. And the best part, is it has a electric recepitcal on the top of the desk for a lamp or another appliance if needed. And it fits in my ensuite walk-in closet (which is my little craft room). A bit difficult to assemble. Some of the screws were not labeled so there had to be some reverse engineering by comparing the inventory sheet with the actual screw counts. But it worked out. This is a great standing desk. I previously used a desktop riser, but I really like that this entire desk adjusts up and down.
