By the pictures of the mattress on rv beds in the description and the fact that I searched rv queen mattress , the mattress sent was not even close to what I expected. I bought two of these for a pop-up trundle bed for guest use since it claimed to join into a king size bed. That is a different story. These mattress came vacuum-sealed and expanded to almost full size by the time I got the plastic off. The topper is nice material and can be zipped off for easy cleaning. I gave the mattresses about two days to fully expand and was surprised at how firm they are. Most "firm" mattresses are not very firm; however, I weigh just under 200lbs and I sunk in about a half-inch. It is a soft kind of firm, not a hard, cheap couch kind of firm. My wife laid on the top one and she was equally, pleasantly surprised. That says a lot, coming from her, as she has a bad hip and is very particular when it comes to mattresses. Mattress is so comfortable. Wayfair overcharged me by taking money from my account a second time for the exact amount of the coupon I used when placing the order. Their customer service is not doing so well in my book… Therefore until things are resolved, they get a one out of five stars for now.
