Assembly was pretty basic- but I did need a 10 mm socket wrench, a large Phillips screwdriver, and a strong clamp as there was not an extra pair of hands around. The instructions were a tad quirky as I was warned against sitting or standing on it, multiple cautions about letting children anywhere near the unit, and the message that I would not be provided with any technological or electronic updates. Once I ignored those instructions I have enjoyed using it as both seat and wagon. It is quite sturdy and I appreciate the pneumatic tires. This is junk. Frame, sides and wheel housings are not square so they do not line up and do not fit together properly. Had to use a handheld sledge hammer to force things into place. Once assembled, only 3 wheels touch the ground and is not stable. Tried to ask for a replacement or refund but would have to disassemble and ship back. It is too much effort for this junk.. Andrew. Wow this thing is a beast! Battery charged rather quickly which is nice. It is a little hard to maneuver it in and out of the battery slot. However, with practice I am hoping that will become easier. Don’t use the wrench they provide. It will tear your hands up. Using this as a stair climber and descending is pretty straightforward. Maintaining pressure on the up and down button I am sure is a safety feature, but until you become a seasoned pro it takes a little finesse.
