This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. There is more padding in the seat and leg area, no bare wood anymore. I absolutely love it. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because it won’t allow the back of the chair to stay forward when reclining the legs. The chair was pretty easy to assemble. It came in 3 boxes making it easier to get in the doorway. The fabric is very thick, color is rich, and the cushion is firm. The chair moves slowly so you cant get up very quickly if reclined. The arms feel a little loose when you push on them, but are securely fastened. unfortunately the first time our larger guest (just under 300lb) got up he pushed up with the arm rests and one made a pop sound and is slightly looser. Great chair, easy to assemble (Took about 30 min once everything was out of boxes; came in 3 separate boxes). Very comfortable. Have a lot of joint and back issues and the heat is amazing. The lift assist is a lifesaver! The massage is not the best, it's just a vibration which is still relaxing but calling it "massage" is a stretch. Otherwise, really happy with it, can finally enjoy sitting in the living room again as most couches are hard for me to get comfortable or get up out of. I would definitely recommend this chair!. My only complaint is that the 3 boxes the chair comes in were shipped separately and the third piece (which happened to have been the base) came 4 days after the other 2 boxes so the free 3 day shipping wasn’t true and we were unable to assemble until that third box arrived.
