Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars. I love the modular design it’s handy and gives you flexibility to arrange the pieces however you like. My only wish is that there were some built-in connector to keep the modules together, like the metal brackets some sectional sofas have.
