You will absolutely want to install this with at least two people. The instructions were clear for the most part, but I can see room for improvement in the explanation. It is absolutely stunning once installed, but balancing the fan is tricky. I cannot go to speed 6 just yet. I am still messing with the balancing to make sure it does not wobble. I would really hate for the crystal piece to fall apart or off completely due to the balancing being off. It really is a beautiful statement piece! Oh my what a challenge! There are really only pictures with arrows to provide direction. There was no parts list, however, I laid everything out and hoped! It took two days and probably a total of 6 hours to install. All the parts were there, so thankful. The only problem with the light is the crystal chandelier part was not level, it was twisted and did not notice this until ready to install. I managed to get it back to its correct shape but was concerned the welds would break, luckily it held. Anyway, it is quite beautiful and love it in my office.
