[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The desk is real wood, so it’s heavy. You will need two people to move it. Installation was straightforward and it has latches that help the parts click together. My husband built this by himself in under 2 hours. Also, you should really have a rubber mallet for install. The drawers are quiet and elevates the overall build. It comes with brass and black knobs to help match your decor. It’s the perfect height, not too high so you’re not reaching for things across it. That seems like a small thing, but was a major issue with my last desk. Overall, this piece feels expensive and really adds to the warmth of our home.. Rachels. Wed Jun 10 2026
