I bought two of these desks. They were packaged extremely well. There were no dings or dents. The top and side legs of the desk are sturdy and feel like real wood. I like the clean lines along with a bite of detail. The assembly was easy and I was able to complete it in about an hour and a half for each. The directions were easy to follow. The top is a heavy board that is edge and finger joint glued together and finished in veneer. The legs are also fingerjointed boards. It generally looks nice, but the finish is quite sloppy. there are some rough spots where it was not thoroughly sanded too. I purchased this table because it was on sale.
