I purchased 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel. After opening 1 box for installation I noticed the bottom right beveled corner appeared damaged. I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. My only critique is that unless you have it on a switched circuit the blue standby light will always be on. Nice! Replaced a bigger wood mirror. This is so much easier to handle. Like the beveled edge on the mirror. Glass is nice and clear. First one came and one of the corners was damage. Second one was perfect. Never hung a mirror with french cleats, let me tell you, this is the way to go!! Takes a little time, but once cleats are on wall, the mirror goes on these very very easy. Beautiful, quality made mirror and works well in my space. Packaged extremely well. Packaging was damaged in a few places but it arrived in perfect condition. However, like others, I found the color not as described. It’s a natural color, but can easily be painted to your liking. There were a few grey spots in the mirror.
