This was a reorder because the first tub I ordered came damaged. When I called there were no more in stock so I had to get this one. Because my master bath was in middle of remodel I asked them to expedite. We have different definitions as it was estimated to take 3 weeks for delivery and I only lived 100 miles from the manufacturer. So Wayfair at least got this set up as a willcall at the manufacturer and I made the 4 hour round trip to get it myself. As for the tub, it's longer than my first tub ordered but very narrow and seems smaller.. Paula. Hemet, CA. Tue Mar 29 2016

Looks amazing installed, and the air and water bubbles and lights all work as expected. My only reason for not giving it five stars is that the panel is very sensitive which can make it tricky to operate/change modes. But hopefully we'll get the hang of it (have had it about a month.). Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026
