I searched for the internet for several fans this color and size. I finally landed on this Hunter one. I loved everything about it. My husband installed it without any trouble. We absolutely love it. The light is the perfect color, not too yellow and not too white-like most LED lights can be. The only downside would be the remote. It only has up and down arrows and the remote does not have a holder for the wall. We tend to loose remotes easily in our household so that is a negative point for us. Received our white Hunter fan very quickly. Was somewhat easy to install. We had an issue with the existing electrical box in the ceiling matching up with the base, but we resolved it. Biggest disappointment was that the light fixture is advertised as glass but ours is plastic! It was already installed when we noticed so Wayfair couldn’t do much for us. I bought the 60” fan and while the blades are 60” in length the overall size is similar looking to my 52” fans I replaced because it’s just an overall smaller fan - the ones I replaced were bulkier, older, and had glass light shades on them. My husband installed two of them quite easily but we did not like how the included wall switch is hard wired but uses batteries as well. Hopefully we don’t have to replace them often. I have seen some other reviews say the fan doesn’t move much air and then they may show themselves holding up a piece of paper or tissue to demonstrate. Ours move air (as well as other light things) just fine with our 9’ and 10’ ceilings. I would give these fans a 5 if not for the one thing that I’m fairly disappointed in. I bought one, loved it so much I bought a second fan and that’s where I’m having my difficulties. I’ll explain, I use Apple HomeKit in house I have about 30 devices all controlled with Siri. My first fan was easy to install has a great fit and finish, looks great works great with Siri with no complaints. So I ordered a second fan, went together fantastically also looks great, but integrating it into my Smart Home not so good. It will not let me add the second fan, it actually says your fan is already installed which it’s not. After Googling the issue it’s a know problem. I just wasn’t aware of this issue until after I purchased and installed the second fan. So I’m relegated to only using the remote control for that 2nd fan. This is a beautiful ceiling fan for my living room! I decided to change out the fan from a white one to black. It is very attractive and has great fan speeds. The LED light is integrated and gives off a warm glow. If you are looking for something brighter, you might want a different light that gives off more than 3000k, but for us I'm sure it will work. This is a very effective and attractive fan. Very good lighting and air flow is great. I chose the wall mount control over the remote control due to the potential of the remote getting lost. Also the wall mount control is wired for the fan motor and remote control receiver that is mounted inside the fan housing. This wall control requires two AAA batteries that will need attention later on. I prefer the hard wired controller that is still found on other Hunter fans. Otherwise I recommend this fan..
