Additionally, I had some issues when I first received it, and the manufacturer was responsive and walked me through how to fix it, and it was just a connection issue, which is something I should’ve noticed to myself. This desk is Great! I must have looked at a hundred desks of all price ranges and finally got this one. It was a great price and has a good amount of storage in the drawers. Looks better in person. It did take a good bit of time to assemble but instruction were good and had no issues. I think the only missed opportunity is there is wasted space behind the drawers you can’t get to because the drawers can’t be removed. I knew this space was there and was hoping to use it to hide the computer wires. I did this anyway but had to take part of the desk top off after building it to make it happen. Im not sure what’s worse, the product, the manufacture or Wayfair customer service. They are all complicit in by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! Stay away from this product and stay away from Wayfair. They sent me a defective desk than wouldn’t replace any of the items. The rise/lower option is easy to use and can be adapted to almost anyones height. I love that the drawers have a lock on them. Once put together the desk is very sturdy. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
