The bottom metal piece is extremely heavy and it is so difficult to screw in the 3 metal bars from the bottom. The screws took forever to get going and were very difficult to screw in. When we used a drill, it snapped the screw in half. There’s no soft surface for the cats either, you have to put something separate on top. She likes it! Easy to follow instructions. Had to place some treats to get her on it, and for now, we’re weighting down the back with books until we install the anti-tip strap.
