Received our white Hunter fan very quickly. Was somewhat easy to install. We had an issue with the existing electrical box in the ceiling matching up with the base, but we resolved it. Biggest disappointment was that the light fixture is advertised as glass but ours is plastic! It was already installed when we noticed so Wayfair couldn’t do much for us. Got a small refund however it should not be advertised as glass on the website and in the instruction manual! Fan works smoothly and quietly so relieved at least about that.. Dianne. Smithville, NJ. Replaced 2 fans from the early 00s with glass light shades in our kids’ rooms. These new fans look sleek and move air well, even on low. The light is dimmable and perfect for what we need. 4 stars because the remote is black and doesn’t come with a wall holster. We had to attach 3M velcro on the back.. Pam. PA. Sun May 24 2026

The fan is excellent. However, the product development team should add a function to the fan-light remote control to switch the fan rotation direction (summer-winter). This fan requires you to climb a ladder (for high ceilings), remove the light cover and flip the fan rotation-direction switch. There is no remote control function to do this. Also, it would be a nice feature to be able to dim the light or change the color of the light from the remote.. Bob Warrick. Denver Co. Sat Oct 10 2026

Got this to replace a Hunter ceiling fan that was remote controlled. The remote no longer worked and was not replaceable. TOo bad because the fan now can’t be used…..so I bought this one with old-fashioned pull chains. OLder design is better, I think!. L. Roaring River, NC. Sat May 16 2026

I searched for the internet for several fans this color and size. I finally landed on this Hunter one. I loved everything about it. My husband installed it without any trouble. We absolutely love it. The light is the perfect color, not too yellow and not too white-like most LED lights can be. The only downside would be the remote. It only has up and down arrows and the remote does not have a holder for the wall. We tend to loose remotes easily in our household so that is a negative point for us. Overall we love the fan, the speed and light are great. Definitely very stylish, it is the perfect addition to our room.. Natalia. Lumberton, TX. Wed Feb 26 2025

This is a beautiful ceiling fan for my living room! I decided to change out the fan from a white one to black. It is very attractive and has great fan speeds. The LED light is integrated and gives off a warm glow. If you are looking for something brighter, you might want a different light that gives off more than 3000k, but for us I'm sure it will work. It takes about an hour to install, but make sure that you buy your downrod ahead of time. We needed a 36 inch rod, with a matt black finish. Overall, I am happy with this product.. Linda. They put out a lot of air. You cannot have one switch for the fan and one for the light, they share the switch and you use the pull chains. The led light is dim and yucky for a big room. Now I need lamps. It is fine in a small room.. Kamann. Savannah, GA. Mon Sep 28 2026

A small fan with big mid-century modern influences. It combines simple design with subtle asymmetrical detailing for a look that adds a mid-century modern vibe to small spaces that need a statement piece. Built with our SureSpeed Guarantee of Faster Cooling Power, this small ceiling fan packs a punch with its airflow performance as well as its design.

This fan is quite nice and exactly what I was looking for. I had two small bedrooms about 113 square feet each in need of ceiling fans+lights so they were a great fit. The fans have been installed for a couple weeks and no issues so far. However please be aware that the matte black fan is NOT 52 inches! It is 44 inches. Wayfair needs to label it correctly and separate the matte black fan into another listing to fix the misrepresentation of size.. Rachael. Tampa, FL. Mon Sep 16 2024

My home was built in 1930, so the style of this fan complemented the living room perfectly.
