The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. This boucle bed is very cute. It looks just like the pictures advertised. The bed feels sturdy and was EXTREMELY easyquick to put together— it maybe took me a little over an hour simply because of the amount of screws you have to install. The color of the boucle is a fabulous off white, and the feet are a complementary darker wood with gold caps. The boucle material is soft, doesn’t look or feel cheap, and is easy to clean with a quick vacuumlint rollspot clean. Logistics-wise, it came in one tall, skinny box that was heavier than I could carry by myself. It wasn’t impossible to shimmy it inside alone, but it’d definitely be safer moving with two people given the size. The ONLY negative about this piece is the height of the headboard. I wouldn’t highly recommend. It took my husband and me about an hour and a half to assemble and when we were done, we realized there were two “this side up” arrow stickers showing on the wings. They wouldn’t come except for by me cramping them off with tweezers, and they left yellow rings on the “velvet”. I wouldn’t call it velvet either. It’s a cheap version of it. Also, the pictures in the ad hide the fact that the headboard is two pieces. I wouldn’t have ordered if I realized that. Thankfully my pillows cover it but it cheapens it too. Don't hesitate to make this purchase. The headboard height on the photo is deceiving, my mattress is 16". While it is a tall headboard, it really depends on your mattress height. It is a very pretty and sturdy bedframe. I took a star off because they were not pre-drilled holes for some screws and that was unclear in the directions. It took me one hour and and and 45 minutes to put it together as one person. Also two of the side pieces were the same so I had to unscrew the brackets and switch them so they would become opposite side frames.
